PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of the entire device and also reduce the pressure loss by disposing a heat accumulating body obtained by subjecting the surface of sheet-like polyolefin to a bridging treatment in a heat accumulating tank through which a heat transfer medium passes. CONSTITUTION:The heat accumulating body 5 disposed in a cylinder 2 of the heat accumulating tank 1 is continuously molded. The heat accumulating body 5 is constituted by sheet-like polyolefins such as sheet-like polyethylenes 6 of a thickness of about 1-2mm. (preferably 1.5mm.), the surface of which is continuously subjected to a bridging treatment by an electron beam radiation, a plurality of strip-shaped holding plates 8 which hold the sheet-like polyethylenes 6 in a zigzag manner through a plurality of spacers 7, bolts 9 and nuts 10 which integrally form the spacers 7 and holding plates 8, corrugated aluminum plates 11 disposed on both surfaces of adjacent sheets of the above described sheet-like zigzag polyethylene 6, for preventing the sticking of sheet-like polyethylenes. Thus, the passage of the heat transfer medium becomes straight as compared with the case of using pellet-shaped polyolefin, and hence the pressure loss is reduced. |
