PURPOSE:To facilitate the removal operation of the head of a pile without generating dust and noise by a method in which a reinforcing bar shield device is brought down, the upper part of reinforcing bars is inserted into the space between inner and outer cylinders, and concrete is placed in such a way as to avoid the adherence of concrete to the upper part of the reinforcing bars. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing bar shield device 1 is brought down, the upper part of reinforcing bars 18 is inserted between inner and outer cylinders 3 and 4, and a concrete-pouring tube 14 is inserted into the center of the device 1. Concrete is placed into a formwork 17 through the tube 14. Since no air is present the space between the inner and outer cylinders 3 and 4, concrete does not come in from below and concrete does not adhere to the upper part of the reinforcing bars 18. Before the concrete hardens, the formwork 17 is pulled off, and after the concrete hardens, the device 1 is lifted up. By breaking a constricted portion E formed by the guide 13 of the device 1, the head D of the concrete pile is removed out. |
