The tank 1 includes, around its outlet orifice, a filter 10. In addition, a drainpipe leaves the orifice 11 and forms an elbow inside the tank in order to communicate with the latter via a wide-open orifice 12. The pipe 14 is also provided with a calibrated orifice 18 from which the flow is small and corresponds to the average outflow from the tank in normal operation. A buffer volume, damping the variations in the inflow via the orifice 6, is formed between the orifices 12 and 18. <IMAGE>
