The present invention relates to a folding service table comprising a tubular frame and at least one folding top. The tubular frame is composed essentially of two vertical central rods 11 and two horizontal crosspieces as well as four arches 14 and 15 grouped in pairs and respectively firmly attached to a central rod 11. The arches are accommodated in semi-cylindrical troughs 17 fixed to the ends of the rods 11 with the aid of an angle piece 20 carrying a guide shaft 21. The ends of the troughs 17 comprise two opposing notches 23 and 24 and a pivoting stud 25 which provides the arches 14 and 15 with two stable positions corresponding respectively to the folded state and to the unfolded state of the table. This table is advantageous owing to its low cost price. <IMAGE>
