PURPOSE:To certainly detect a color and a final part by simple constitution, in a transfer material used in a color printer, by providing color display parts respectively corresponding to color sections and a final part display part to the side edge part of the transfer material. CONSTITUTION:In a transfer material 1 constituted by respectively supporting recording links having a black color (B), a cyan color (C), a magenta color (M) and a yellow color (Y) by a transfer strip like film 1a in a definite length, color display parts (bar codes 3) corresponding to said colors are provided to both side edge parts of said transfer material. That is, after the black color is applied to both side edge parts of the film 1a by printing, the film 1a is punched at predetermined positions corresponding to the colors to form bar codes (e.g., the cyan color is constituted of a transparent bar code 3a at a first position and the black color is constituted of bar codes 3a, 3b, 3d at a first, a second and a fourth positions). In addition, 3c is used as a detecting code 4 along with black color display by using codes consisting of 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d to perform final display to the final part of transfer paper. |
