PURPOSE:To perform monitoring operation and to take various counter-measures by providing respective control computers which are coupled together on a data way and a state monitoring and switching operation device for the data way, and collecting and displaying hardware information to perform switching to a computer. CONSTITUTION:Pieces of information from devices 6-1 and 6-2 to be controlled are transmitted to opposite devices to be controlled by the data way 23 through either of control computers 4-1 and 4-3 or either of 4-2 and 4-4. A status display operation device 1 monitors the states of station devices (2-1)-(2-4), computers (4-1)-(4-4), and devices (5-1) and (5-2) all the time or periodically in an emergency; if abnormality occurs, the device displays and reports its state, and reconstructs a system through an artificial switching command. Consequently, artificial switching in an accident is performed to take instantaneously various counter-measures. |
