PURPOSE:To complete the number and page sequence of an original without the intervention of an operator in a specified state such as a jam by providing a means which feed a blank original and a means which conveys the blank fed original to an exposure area again. CONSTITUTION:When the lowermost original 5 in a tray 4 is fed onto original glass 3 through a conveyance path 7 and a jam occurs during one-surface copying before exposure is completed, the original is exposed again as well as normal jam compensation to take a copy again. If a jam occurs after the original is exposed and then discharged onto the original glass 3, the original 5 is stacked at the uppermost part in the tray 4 as usual. Simultaneously, trailing original 5 is guided onto the original glass 3 successively and fed without being exposed to be stacked on the original 5 in the tray 4. Then, when the blank feed of the original for one cycle is comlpeted, a partition lever 13 is removed, and the blank feed is carried on up to the 1st original 5 with the removal signal. |
