PURPOSE:To impart correcting function without complicating and enlarging constitution, by arranging correcting tape reels to both sides of a hammer driving plunger for impacting a daisy wheel, and moving a tape through two sets of arms. CONSTITUTION:A wind-up reel 12 and a supply reel 13 of a correcting tape 11 are provided to both sides of a plunger 8 for driving a hammer 7 used in striking a daisy wheel 5. When the levers 19, 20 in arm levers 14, 15 contacted with both sides of the tape 1 are revolved by using a handle 24, the lever 15 connected by gears 21, 22 is cooperated and revolved to move the tape 11 to a printing position and a white paint is applied to the mistake character of recording paper 26 by the impact of the hammer 7. By this mechanism, printing correcting function can be mounted to a printing apparatus provided with a daisy wheel without complicating and enlarging constitution. |
