PURPOSE:To prevent the leak of transmission of a message by adding information which indicates the presence of a relative message to a message to be sent to the 1st media when one message belonging to plural media is sent out to a terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A mailing device 6 is provided to send out messages stored on a memory 14, disk 15, etc., to terminal equipment such as a telephone set 2, data terminal 3, facsimile terminal 4, and composite terminal 6 through an exchange 1. Then, when one message to a terminal equipment consists of plural pieces of message information belonging to plural media, the information which indicates the presence of relative messages of other media is added to the message information of one medium to be fed to the terminal equipment firstly, offering the message service. Thus, one message consisting of message information extending over plural media is reported without any leak. |
