PURPOSE:To input the state of a mobile equipment securely by providing a display device onto an operation command board and displaying a request for a substitute input indicating the state of the mobile equipment. CONSTITUTION:The mobile equipment 10 such as a coal charging carriage is controlled by the central processor 17 of a computer 11 for control through inductive radio devices 12 and 13, and if a fault occurs, its operation state is inputted on the operation command board 18 as a substitute input. An input permission or input request signal for the operation state of the mobile equipment 10 is inputted from the control computer 11 to the operation command board 18 through a signal line 20, and an operator performs substitute input with an operation switch 21. Further, a display device 22 for a light emitting diode is connected to the contact 21b of the switch 21. When the switch 21 is pressed, the contact 21a is closed to send a signal to a signal line 24, and at the same time, a contact 21b is broken to turn off the display device 22, thereby confirming the operation. |
