The invention provides a portable or mobile hygienic sanitary device which is particularly suitable for patients who are unable to walk or quite generally for patients with movement disabilities. It consists of an outer wall (2) in whose upper, open part shower jets for the purpose of washing and rinsing and air outlet apertures for drying the patient's lower body are provided. Provided on the bottom of the outside wall is a pull-out slide (5) for collecting excrements and waste materials. In the lower part of the outer wall there is also a container for the washing solution which is fed from there to the shower jets. <IMAGE>
