The invention relates to an apparatus for adjusting the distance of a first component from a second component, which apparatus comprises a holding part which is inserted in an extension of a bore in the first component and which receives a screw, in a rotationally and axially immovable manner, which interacts with a dowel inserted in the second component. According to the invention, the holding part comprises a sleeve which is formed from flexible material and exhibits an interior space in which an undercut is made into which the head of the screw can catch.
