SPRAYING NOZZLE SUITABLE FOR PAINTING TO BOUNDARY EDGE PART

PURPOSE:To enable painting at a boundary edge with good cut without the need for masking by controlling the sectorial spray of the paint emerging from an airless orifice type nozzle by air flow. CONSTITUTION:An ejecting nozzle 1 for a paint which communicates with a paint feed source and an ejecting nozzle 3 for gas which communicates with a gas feed source via a flow passage enclosing the nozzle 1 and deviates to one side 33b from the axial line A of the nozzle 1 just before the nozzle 1 are provided. The sectrorial spray flow of the paint is guided by the jet of the gas deviating partially in the flow rate in the above-mentioned way and therefore the paint coated film having a good cut at the end edge is efficiently formed by the side 33a having a large flow rate without the need for taking measure such as masking. Not only the constitution of such nozzle as a painting device that can be incorporated into a conveyor production line is made possible but also the gradual decrease of the film thickness at the end edge on the side 33b where the flow rate is small and the consequent formation of the paint doated film suitable for multi-color painting are made possible.
