<p>Human interleukin-2 (human IL-2) A-1, A-2, B-1, B-2 or the mixture thereof, and process for preparing these materials from a culture liquor of cells having the ability of yielding human interleukin 2. These materials are prepared by treating the culture liquor successively with sulfopropyl cross-linked dextran column, DEAE cellulose column, polyacrylamide/agarose column, DEAE cellulose column, and polyacrylamide/agarose column, then subjected to high performance liquid chromatography. The human IL-2 can be used as cell-multiplying substance or agent for prophylaxis and treatment of tumor.</p> |
