<p>Ceramic structure covered by ceramics comprising sintered ceramics containing as a major component at least one of silicon carbide, silicon nitride, and sialon containing dispersed therein a sinter mainly comprising boride, nitride or carbide of the group IIIa, IVa, Va, VIa element of the Periodic Table, showing high strength up to 1,100oC. This heat impact-resistant structure has high reliability, is general-purpose, and is employed as portions or members to be exposed to thermal cycles, such as blades for a high-temperature gas turbin, a turbo charger, etc.</p> |
