PURPOSE:In a front arranging mechanism for a vibration parts feeder, to arrange the parts without causing damage by forming a V-shaped groove and pneumatically rotating the parts by the command provided from a front recognition system in an optical system. CONSTITUTION:Upon feeding of a material a'' onto an air blow-out port 8 on a carry face 5, a command is provided from an optical system recognizer 9 to supply air from a controller 10 through a hose and injected through a blow-out port 8. The material a'' is rotated by the dynamic pressure of the air around the bottom of a V-shaped arranging groove 7 and transferred onto the outward face 6 of said groove 7, to be arranged such that the front will direct upward. |
