PURPOSE:To obtain simply a ceramic resonator with high performance by covering a piezoelectric ceramic element with liquidious substance of an elastic group including minute powder insulator, curing the substance and absorbing and dissipating a low melting point substance included in the inside so as to form air gap in a major vibrating part. CONSTITUTION:A low melting point substance 7 such as a molten 1, 6 hexanediol or the like is dropped from a glass rod 8 to the center part of the piezoelectric ceramic element 1 and solidified. The substance 7 is formed into insulating minute powder and enclosed with the elastic group liquidious substance 9 such as silicone rubber mixed with talc and the substance 9 is cured by heating. Then the substance 7 is molten by heat and absorbed in the gap produced between the substance 9 and the talc and dissipated in space. Further, air gap 10 is produced between the part adhered with the substance 7 and the substance 9. Then the entire cured substance 9 is capsulated by a packaging resin 11. |
