PURPOSE:To attain a small-sized, light weight and high reliable titled switch by connecting a self-extinction of arc type semiconductor element and a diode in a reverse-parallel circuit, connecting a diode in series, inserting an arrestor to a power supply load side between both buses and providing a reflux diode in parallel with a load arrestor. CONSTITUTION:A switch circuit is constituted by connecting a diode 7 with the same polarity as the conducting direction of the self-extinction type semiconductor element 6 such as a gate turn off thyristor GTO or a transistor in series with a parallel circuit comprising the element 6 and a diode 8. The circuit above is inserted between buses P1 and P2 between the power supply and the load and a gapless arrestor 41 limiting a surge of power supply is connected between the power supply side terminal and the other bus N1, N2. Further, a gapless arrestor 42 limiting a surge voltage of the load side is connected between the load side terminal of the said switch circuit and the bus N1, N2, and the reflux diode 3 is connected in parallel with the arrestor 42. |
