PURPOSE:To make changes in the time easy to perceive while eliminating diviation in the center of gravity of hands by laminating an indication layer in which at least two kinds of needle-like indication pixels for display use are arranged alternately in radiation and an indication layer so arranged to shift the position of the piexels alternately from one to the other. CONSTITUTION:Segment electrodes S0, S2, S4...S58 for minute pointer pixels and segment electrodes S1, S3, S5...S59 for hour pointer pixels are arranged alteralternately in radiation on one indication layer while a common electrode E0 not illustrated is provided to face sixty electrodes arranged in the order of S0, S1, S2...S59. Segment electrodes T0, T2, T4...T58 for hour pointer pixels and segment electrordes T1, T3, T5...T59 for minute pointer pixels are E1 is provided to face sixty electrodes arranged in the order of T0, T1, T2...T59 to form another indication layer which is laminated on said layer. This eliminates diviation in the center of gravity of the hands while making changes in the time easy to perceive. |
