PURPOSE:To attain a moment detection in an off line state, by adding a clock holding circuit which holds clock signals, and inputting data synchronously with the clock signals. CONSTITUTION:The means-11 is provided with the receiving part-R in the synchronous type data transmission system utilizing the clock signals for transmission control signals. The means-11, when the clock signals are inputted in the receiving part-R, outputs the said clock signals or the clock signals having the similar frequency to the said signals, and outputs the clock signals having the required frequency, in case the clock signals are not inputted. An off line abnormality on the remote device can be instantly detected because the receiving part-R is actuated with the clock signals outputted from the means-11. |
