The invention provides a hydrofoil ship or watercraft arrangement which comprises a body of a ship or watercraft as well as a pair of hydrofoils, of which each has a first and a second planar surface part, and has a rotary or pivoting fastening device for fastening the pair of hydrofoils to the body of the ship or watercraft, and furthermore the hydrofoil ship or boat arrangement comprises a device for alternatively and variably determining or establishing or adjusting the dihedral angle or V-angle between the first and second planar surface part.
