PURPOSE:To set the access to high speed by setting the picture memory to the two-dimensional address system and simultaneously multi-processing the memory in accordance with the number of picture element to be read. CONSTITUTION:A picture memory 1, horizontal direction address X-ADDRESS assignment circuit 3, vertical direction address Y-ADDRESS assignment circuit 32 and parallel processing circuit 4 are installed. And, when the co-ordinate of the fixed picture element P5 in the memory 1 is assigned by the X-Y address, the picture data P1 - P9 located at the local plane of the 3X3 picture element nearby are latched from the memory 1 and is removed through a parallel processing circuit 4 in a simultaneous and parallel way. |
