PURPOSE:To reduce a noise by forming a forged finish of the prescribed amount on the tooth surface of a gear provided on a rotational shaft of the highest speed in a gear mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A rotary torque of a motor shaft 4 is transmitted from a gear 4A of the shaft through a one-stage large gear, a 2-stage shaft, a 2-stage pinion integrated with the 2-stage shaft, a 2-stage large gear engaged with the 2-stage pinion, and an output shaft engaged fixedly with the 2-stage large gear. In such a construction, a roll-thread finish 4D to become 1-20mum of finishing amount is formed on the tooth surface of a spur gear provided at least on a rotational shaft of the highest speed, and the engaging rate of the teeth of the spur gear is set to 1.0-1.6. |
