PURPOSE:To simply and accurately inspect a fluctuated amount by applying an impact to a motor body and detecting the thrust direction moving distance of the output shaft of the motor. CONSTITUTION:A motor body 1 is collided with a stopper 14 having a hole 14a in response to an output shaft 7 at a constant speed. A measuring sensor 10 is disposed fixedly in a noncontact manner with the shaft 7 below the stopper 14. When the body 1 is collided with the stopper 14, a rotor block in a motor, i.e., the shaft 7 is projected out by the impact force at that time to the sensor 10 side, vibrations of certain degree are repeated, and the shaft is then stabilized at the normal position. The sensor 10 detects the vibration of the shaft 7. The fluctuated amount of the shaft 7 is measured by calculating the output signal of the sensor 10. |
