CONSTITUTION:A photoconductive layer comprising amorphous silicon is provided on an electroconductive substrate, and a protective layer comprising amorphous silicon layer contg. fluorine as state density reducing element is provided thereon. The thickness of the protective layer is 0.05-5mum. |
