PURPOSE:To obtain a hybrid controller which makes the best use of both an analog and a digital operation by employing the analog operation for a control operation and the digital operation for parameter setting. CONSTITUTION:An analog arithmetic circuit A consists of an input circuit 1 which compares an input signal ei with a set signal es to generate a deviation signal, a control circuit 2 which performs a PID operation, etc., according to the output of the circuit 1, and an output circuit 3 which generates an operation output eo according to the output of the circuit 2. A digital arithmetic circuit 5 inputs information from the circuits 1, 2, and 3 through an A/D converter 42 and also inputs information from an external setter 6, and decides on and control various parameters of the circuit A through a D/A converter 42. Thus, the control operation is carried out on analog basis and the parameter setting is performed on digital basis to obtain a high-speed response and set optional parameters easily. |
