PURPOSE:To improve a magnetic shield effect by providing a Y-shaped yoke made of a material having the same permeability as that of a fixed plate to the upper face of the fixed plate and fitting a magnet to the inside face so as to allow the magnetic field of the magnet to form a closed loop. CONSTITUTION:A projection 13 for fixing is provided to three tips of the Y- shaped yoke 12, which is fixed in a way that the projections 13 are allowed to contact directly onto the fixed plate 2 among three Y-branched transmission lines on an MIC substrate 3. Further, the magnet 7 is fixed to the inside face of the yoke 12 having the same degree of diameter as that of a circular conductor part 4 and opposed thereto, and the MIC substrate 3 and the magnet 7 have a prescribed interval. Since the magnetic field produced from the magnet 7 penetrates through the fixed plate 2 and the yoke 12 made of a ferromagnetic metal without a gap and forms a closed loop through the construction above, a high magnetic field effect is attained. Since the distance between the magnet 7 and the substrate 3 is wide, the effect on the electric field formed from the conductor part 4 is less, thereby preventing the deterioration in the characteristic. |
