PURPOSE:To obtain the thin solid panel, which is integrally formed in plane shape and man-hours for assembly thereof is few, by unifying and arranging beam-condensing type solar cells, cells thereof are disposed and fixed near the foci of small-sized lenses, in array shape. CONSTITUTION:The small-sized lenses 22 are arranged and fastened to each of the solar cell chips 21 of approximately 1mm. squares. The chips 21 are fitted onto a lower base body 23 consisting of an Alumite plate with a printed wiring pattern. An upper transparent substrate 25 is fixed to the upper section of these parts through a spacer 24. In said constitution, since the size of the solar cell chips 21 is reduced up to approximately 1mm., the size of the lenses 22 for condensing beams may be decreased up to 10-20mm., and the whole thickness is diminished and the panel can be thinned. |
