PURPOSE:To simplify the design of an aging board, and to reduce manufacturing cost by forming transistors for resistance using aging command signal lines as gates, wirings for applying input voltage as sources and each external-signal connecting terminal as drains. CONSTITUTION:Aging command signal wirings 11 shaped by polysilicon, wirings 12 for applying input voltage formed by aluminum and external-signal connecting terminals 13 shaped by aluminum are fitted, and transistors for resistance employing the aging command signal wirings 11 as gates, the wirings 12 for applying input voltage as sources and the external-signal connecting terminals 13 as drains are constituted. When the aging command signal wirings 11 are brought to a high level in the semiconductor integrated circuit, several transistor for resistance is turned ON, and input voltage corresponding to respective terminal can be applied. When the aging command signals 11 are brought to a low level on normal operation, on the other hand, each transistor for resistance is turned OFF, and voltage for aging is not applied. |
