发明名称 ANTI-FREEZING DEVICE FOR HOT WATER FEEDER
摘要 PURPOSE:To operate a low temperature operating valve quickly and accurately without being affected adversely by a heater by a method wherein a water temperature sensor for the low temperature operating valve adopted to prevent the freezing of supply water by causing the water to flow as it is drained is provided at the outlet port of a heat exchanger where the temperature of the water becomes the lowest. CONSTITUTION:The hot water feeder is provided with an exhaust gas cylinder 8 on a casing 7 thereof and the supply water from a water pipe 9 is heated and supplied as hot water after it is flowed through a water passage including a water pressure valve 1, a water pipe 10, the heat exchanger 6, a hot water pipe 13 and a hot water pipe 3. Further, the hot water feeder is provided with the heater 18 for heating the water pressure responsive valve 1, and the exposed part of the water pipe 9 and that of the hot water pipe 3 extending outside the hot water feeder are wound with band heaters 4, respectively. In addition, the low temperature operating valve 5 is provided in the exposed part of the hot water pipe 3 connected to the outlet port 2 of the water pressure responsive valve 1 so that the valve 5 is operated by the signal from the water temperature sensor 19 for detecting the temperature at the outlet port of the heat exchanger 6. Consequently, the supply water is caused to flow through the low temperature operating valve 5 by making the valve response quickly and accuratley, to thereby prevent the freezing of the supply water.
