PURPOSE:To enable to easily manufacture a fine laser tube and to obtain the favorable characteristics by a method wherein a fine tube thicker and longer than a fine tube, which makes a laser medium generate, is provided and the thicker and longer tube is used as a return path. CONSTITUTION:A fine laser tube has been made into a structure, wherein a fine tube 15 to make a laser medium generate has been provided in the center of the fine laser tube, and moreover, a fine tube 16 thicker and longer than the fine tube 15 has been provided on the outside thereof. In this case, the fine tube 16 is thicker than the fine tube 15, while the length thereof is longer than the fine tube 15, so the discharge is performed through the fine tube 15 and the fine tube 16 is used as a return path. As this structure makes the return path part longer, the return path part may be made longer by adding an auxiliary fine tube to the fine laser tube with brazing, etc. |
