PURPOSE:To reduce power loss and to decrease consumption power by composing the drive of a switching power source type output transistor in a push-pull circuit. CONSTITUTION:An output transistor drive circuit of a push-pull circuit construction is composed of transistors 8, 9. When a transistor 7 is conducted, transistor 8 is interrupted, the transistor 9 is conducted, and the stored charge of an output transistor 1 is discharged through a capacitor 3 and the transistor 9, thereby interrupting the transistor 1. Then, when the transistor 7 is interrupted, the transistor 9 is interrupted, the transistor 8 is conducted, and a drive current is supplied through a capacitor 3 to the transistor 1. At this time, the transistor 8 maintains saturated state. |
