发明名称 INSULATING METHOD OF COIL FOR ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the reliability by inserting an insulator between a lead insulator and a coil body when a main insulating layer of a lead branch is wound, and integrating the coil body, the lead insulator and the main insulating layer, thereby eliminating an air gap of the lead branch. CONSTITUTION:After an insulating tape such as a mica take or a glass tape is wound on a leading unit 2 to form a lead insulator 3, an insulating tape is wound over the entire periphery of a coil body 1 to form a main insulating layer 4. In the above steps, a feltlike insulator 6 is inserted by winding simultaneously when the layer 4 is formed between the insulator 3 of the portion that the layer 4 and the insulator 3 are overlapped and the boil body 1. The insulator 6 is readily impregnated with varnish at the varnish impregnating time, and rigidly secures the body 1, the insulator 3 and the layer 4 at the varnish curing time.
