PURPOSE:To perform an exposure calculation to change automatically setting when a calculated value exceeds a set range, by providing a means which obtains data of an exposure range, which can be considered as a correct exposure, on a film vessel. CONSTITUTION:A set aperture value is stored in a register AVR3; and if the set value is between limit values AVO and AVM, it is stored as it is; but if it is not between them, limit values are stored over again. An exposure time TVAL is calculated on a basis of this set aperture value and an exposure value; and if this exposure time TVAL is shorter than the shortest exposure time TVM (TVAL>TVM), the difference is compared with exposure range data on the film vessel. When the difference exceeds range data, a correct aperture value AVAL where the shortest exposure time and range data are taken into consideration is calculated. If the exposure time is longer than the shortest exposure time, a similar processing is performed between the exposure time and the longest exposure time TVO. |
