PURPOSE:To always perform the tracking servo with high stability and high accuracy in simple constitution by feeding the low-frequency component of the voltage applied to a tracking actuator coil back to a compensating circuit. CONSTITUTION:The tracking error signal supplied to a terminal 16 is given to a tracking actuator coil 19 via a phase compensating circuit 17 as well as an integration compensating amplifier circuit 18. In this case, the output signal is supplied to a Zener diode via an LPF20 if the output signal of the circuit 18 is set within a low-frequency band. The level of the tracking error signal delivered from the circuit 17 is lowered by a detection signal obtained when the signal level is higher than the prescribed value. While said output signal is supplied as it is to the coil 19 in case the output signal of the circuit 18 is within a high- frequency band. |
