PURPOSE:To put a temperature fuse into a central space of a pot core and utilize fully the excellent magnetic characteristics of an amorphous alloy by a method wherein a notch is provided to a part of a ribbon shape magnetic plate and the plate is wound from one end to form a pot core with a space at its center. CONSTITUTION:A core material with flexibility such as amorphous metal is divided into core materials 6 and 7 and a space is formed at the center of the core material 7. A coil 1 of prescribed turns is applied easily on the T-shape core material 7 with an insulator 9 in between. A core material 6 is pushed onto the core material 7 to form an E-shape pot core. A temperature fuse 4 is inserted into a hollow part of the pot core. With this constitution, a bobbin for winding the coil 1 and a special tool for holding the temperature fuse 4 are not necessary and excellent magnetic characteristics of an amorphous alloy are fully utilized. |
