PURPOSE:To attain recording narration or the like properly singly or through the mixing with field sound even at image pickup by means of remote operation by recording sound with a microphone provided to a remote control unit singly properly or through the mixing with field sound. CONSTITUTION:When a microphone ON/OFF button 38 of the remote control unit 5 is not operated, only a sound input signal from a microphone 3 of a video camera main body 1 passes through a mixing circuit 36 and is fed from an output terminal 27. Further, when the microphone ON/OFF button 38 is switched ON, since ON-OFF switch 37 is switched on, the sound input signal from a microphone 13 of the remote control unit 5 becomes other input of a mixing circuit 36 via a switch 37. Thus, the sound input signal from the microphone 3 of a video camera main body 1 and the sound input signal from the remote control unit 5 are mixed by the mixing circuit 36 and the field sound at image pickup outputted from an output terminal 27 and the narration while remote-controlling the video camera main body 1 are recorded at the same time. |
