PURPOSE:To attain the management of both retriever and account number for collation of seals by registering the retriever list data in a record area in a retrieval mode and then delivering en bloc said list data when necessary. CONSTITUTION:In a retrievalmode the retrieving data is first fed and a certification card 14 of a retriever is put into a card reader 13. Then an identification code is read and the account number of a seal, etc. to be retrieved is fed. A retrieval command button is pushed to read out the registered picture data from the account number. This data is printed by a printer 16, and at the same time the account number, the retrieving data and the identification code are stored to a retriever list data memory area 21a. For instance, the achievement of retrieval on that day which is stored in the area 21a is delivered in an adjustment mode after the busines hours. Then the retriever list data is printed. Based on this data, the management is possible for both retriever and print of the retrieving picture. |
