<p>PURPOSE:To enhance measuring accuracy, by wrapping a flow-rate measuring part of a combustible fluid having temperature dependent resistors with a heat insulating layer, thereby providing a heat insulating structure. CONSTITUTION:An electric heater 3 and temperature dependent resistors 41-43 are enclosed in the inside of a flow-rate measuring pipe 15. A flow-rate measuring part of LPG is formed by those parts. A heat insulating layer 8 is provided so as to wrap the heater 3 and the temperature dependent resistors 41-43, and a heat insulating structure is provided. Therefore, at this part, the heat of the high temperature LPG in comparison with free air is not taken away by the free air. Thus the temperature difference does not occur in the LPG gas when the heater 3 is not operated, and the temperature difference is yielded only when the heater 3 is operated. As a result, the measurement errors caused by the temperature gradient due to heat other than the heater 3 can be removed. In this way, the measuring accuracy can be enhanced.</p> |
