ROTARY WHEEL TYPE CONTINUOUS METAL EXTRUDING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To extrude and discharge the air and impurities sticking to a blank material to the outside of a passage and to extrude a product having good quality by constituting the projecting part of a shoe block to the fitted to a rotary wheel of the 2nd and 1st abutments which are grandually higher from the inlet for the blank material and providing a scraper before the 1st abutment. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary wheel 1 is rotated and a blank metallic material 9 is supplied into the circumferential groove 11 thereof, the material is thermally deformed by friction and is filled in an extruding passage 3. The air and impurities on the surface of a projecting part 24 in this stage are discharged through a discharge hole 7 just before the 2nd abutment 6. The material 9 is prevented from being carried forward in the passage 3 to the 1st abutment 5 and is extruded from a forming passage 4 punched in a feeder block 21, by which a product 10 is formed. The part of the material 9 near the inside surface of the groove 11 is extruded together with the impurities and air sticking thereto through the space between the abutment 5 and the inside surface of the groove 11 and is discharged to the outside of the passage 3.
