PURPOSE:To equalize quickly the temperature distribution on a stamper fitted surface by a structure wherein the thickness between the stamper fitted surface and a heating and cooling part is thick on external circumference and thin on internal circumference. CONSTITUTION:In a heating time steam 11 comes in from an inlet 14. The steam is discharged to an outlet 13 through a groove 10 transferring heat to a mold plate 15. If the thickness of a stamper fitted surface 8 and the thickness of the external circumference of the surface opposite to the stamper fitted surface are made thicker than the thickness of the internal circumference thereof, the thermal conductance becomes smaller and heated faster in the internal circumference than in the external circumference. In other words, the stamper fitted surface becomes homogeneous quickly. In a cooling time, water 12 rubs heat and advances in the passage direction and like in a heating time, the stamper fitted surface 8 is cooled uniformly. Accordingly, it is possible to solve troubles such as camber etc. of the disk due to residual strain. |
