发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTINUOUSLY MANUFACTURING ULTRAVIOLET HARDENING FRP
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy and the production speed by a method wherein an ultaviolet ray transmitting fiber is introduced into an ultraviolet ray transmitting mold and an ultraviolet ray hardening resin is drawn out of the outlet of the mold hardening it with the ultraviolet ray being irradiated on the mold. CONSTITUTION:An ultraviolet transmitting fiber 10 released from a fiber reel 1 is dipped into an ultraviolet hardening regin 2 via a roller 11 and impregnated with the resin. The fiber 10 leading an ultraviolet ray hardening resin tank 12 is introduced into an ultraviolet ray transmitting mold 3 via a roller 13. The fiber 10 formed and primarily hardened within the mold 3 is taken up with a roller 6 at a constant speed to form an ultraviolet hardened FRP7 continuously. This can improve the productivity by continuous production and provides a better shape accuracy by forming while hardening the resin within the mold.
