PURPOSE:To achieve a shorter molding cycle and a less deficiency rate of moldind by detecting the foaming, fusing and cooling of a foaming resin through receiving a foaming pressure with a pressure receiving mechanism mounted in an ejector pin to capture the molding process accurately when the foaming resin is foamed in a die cavity. CONSTITUTION:A pressure receiving mechanism is provided inside an ejector pin 30 mounted in die cavities 10 and 20 for molding a foaming resin particles filled. For example, this mechanisms is composed of double air conduits 31 and 32 and a playable pressure receiving element 33 provided at a part facing the die cavity 20. Then, a control air paths on the introduction side and the derivation side are connected to the double air conduits 31 and 32. The path on the introduction side is connected to a piping 80 on the pressure sensing side through an air conduit 71 of a spring receiving device 70 and an air pressure compensated flow control valve 81, a monometer 82 and a pressure switch 83 for automatic control are connected thereto. The change in the pressure in the die cavity is picked up as pressure variation of the compressd air to capture various processes. |
