The Parent Patent describes a solar heat collector in which the liq. circulating channels are formed by joining a plastic layer locally, e.g. by bonding, to a metal panel. In this improvement lost templates are used at points where the channels are to be formed, so that they act as masks for the sprayed-on adhesive. Alternatively a plastic coated aluminium sheet (0.1-0.2 mm thick) is used to which a corrugated 0.05 mm polyethylene foils is bonded by adhesive and joined by a cover foil.
