PURPOSE:To prevent a pilot hole and the like from clogging due to foreign substances, by installing a filter, collecting these foreign substances in oil, interposingly between an orifice and the pilot hole set up in the midway of a flow passage leading to the backside of a piston from the front. CONSTITUTION:A plunger 20 is being attracted to the left against a returning spring 28 by dint of magnetic flux, passing through a yoke 23, a core 24, an air gap 31, a plunger 20, an air gap 32 and a yoke top 33, which is generated by current energization to a solenoid coil 22. With this constitution, a pilot valve 15 makes a pilot hole 14 open, whereby pressure in a back pressure chamber 11 is discharged out through a return port 17, making a piston 5 go to the left against a spring 6, and a hydraulic fluid in a control pressure chamber 7 is made to flow into an oil tank via a return passage 9. In this case, a filter 35 to be attracted to the outlet side of an orifice 10 of the piston 5 is installed in the back pressure chamber 11, making foreign substances in oil collectable by this filter. |
