PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency of a winding wire by providing a guide hole forming mechanism capable of being split into two and forcibly feeding the wire with a wire driving mechanism in the winding work of a video head, etc. CONSTITUTION:Movable bodies 4, 5 are brought into contact with each other, a body 22 to be wound is held so that its through hole 21 is made coaxial with a guide hole 8, next, rotary shafts 10a, 10b and further guide rollers 12a, 12b are rotated by a motor 17, and when a wire 20 is hung, it is inserted into a fine hole section through the taper section of a guide hole 7 and is positioned, it is then forcibly fed downward by the guide rollers 12a, 12b and is guided to correctly penetrate into the through hole 21 through the guide hole 8. Next, the movable bodies 4, 5 are separated and the motor 17 is stopped. Then, the wire 20 is forcibly extracted downward, and its end is likewise inserted into the through hole 21, and this work is repeated to wind the body 22 to be wound. Accordingly, the work efficiency and yield can be improved. |
