PURPOSE:To plan the prevention of damages plates, the improvement of pile-up condition, and the automation of said pile-up by forming a construction wherein guides are installed before a transportation conveyer and on four sides of an area below said conveyer, a compressed air outlet is opened in said area surrounded with said guides, and a movable fruck is located below said guides. CONSTITUTION:Steel plates which are transported by a belt conveyer 2 and a roller conveyer 1 fall down onto an area surrounded with right and left guides 11, front guide 6, and rear guide 14. Then, compressed air blows out from a compressed air outlet 7 toward the under surface of said steel plate, and the steel plate receives the blosing-up force of air pressure to diminish the falling- down force. Accordingly, said steel plate falls down gently by being guided with said guides 6, 11, and 14, therefore the possibility of the said steel plate crashing down on a preceding plate is prevented and said steel plates can be piled in good order along said guides without damages of the steel plates. |
