PURPOSE:To easily and smoothly slide a sleeve tube by a slight force by curving a rope in an arciform along an antifrictional guide member and sliding the sleeve tube, while it is in contact with the antifrictional guide member, so as to cover the rope from one end thereof with the tube. CONSTITUTION:A rope 1 has the middle part thereof curved in the L-shaped form along an arciform antifrictional guide member 2 and then strained by sticking both ends thereof to anchors 3. In the guide member 2 a Teflon coating layer 21 which serves to reduce friction resistance is formed on the external face of a steel board 20. Many antifrictional members 4 which contact the inside face of the sleeve tube 5 are arranged at specified intervals at the curved part of the rope 1. The sleeve tube 5 is put on to cover the rope 1 therewith from its one end and is slided along it. Since the sleeve tube 5, while it is slided at the curved part of the rope 1, makes contact with both the guide member 2 and the antifrictional member 4 having low friction resistances, the sleeve tube 5 may be moved easily and smoothly by only a slight force. |
