PURPOSE:To curb decline in output to be caused by disassembling of a wheel by providing a pressure plate and diaphragm after an unusable wheel has been dismantled. CONSTITUTION:A wheel which has become useless due to cracking from stress corrosion is dismantled and a pressure plate 9 is built in the space toward the axis developed between a wheel 2a and wheel 2b. Then, a diaphragm 11 of a half ring shape is fixed with a bolt 13 between a shaft 1 and a diaphragm packing 10 which is to be associated with the pressure plate 9. In this way decline in output to be caused by dismantling of a wheel can be minimized. |
