PURPOSE:To enable thorough prevention of pull-off by providing, integrally with a holding part, a fixing part which presses and fixes the outside circumferential surface in the inserting part of an endoscope when the front end part of the endoscope deviates slightly in the position where said part faces the inserting part nearer the operating part of the endoscope than the large-diameter part provided integrally in the position near the front end of the inserting part of the endoscope. CONSTITUTION:In case the pressing force of a press contact member 16a to a flexible inserting part 52 is considerably weakened, only the part 52 moves toward an arrow B when the part 52 is pulled toward the arrow B. The deviation of said part from an auxiliary device 11 for insertion is then gradually increased. The front end part 51 of an endoscope in such a case is fully entered into a holding ring 33 at the front end and is further introduced into a holding cylinder 12 and therefore the observer knows from the change in the visual field viewed through an observation window that the deviation increases gradually. Thereupon the observer continues to pull carefully the part 52, then the large diameter part 52a on the rear end side of the curved part 52c arrives at the position of the part 16a in due course of time and therefore the part 52a is detained by the part 16a so that the endoscope 50 is prevented from moving by itself toward the arrow B any longer. |
